Ventilation in the room could be improved, as it felt quite hot at night, made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Beautiful & outstanding room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast selection, wonderful staff.

Had a fantastic 1-night stay! The food was lovely, especially the full English breakfast, and the resident dogs made it even more enjoyable. Just wish the TV worked better!

Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for three nights. My room was huge & airy with comfortable bed, nice shower, for example. An electric kettle and fridges were a huge plus. The location was stunning and amazing close to the sea. Apart from that, Epple Bay was 10 minutes away by driving.

Navigating from the rear to the front can be a bit tricky due to ongoing refurbishments, and only two parking spaces were available during this time. The room had issues such as a damp smell, a low bed that was uncomfortable, and a shared wall that allowed for noise from the adjoining room, affecting privacy. The bathroom layout was awkward with a poorly positioned tap, leading to splashing water everywhere, and storage for clothes was limited to just an over-the-door hook.

The location is amazing, right by the sea! 😊 The room was tidy, the shower powerful. But the bed was too low for comfort and there was a damp smell upon entry.

The room was bright and airy, but parking was a real hassle.

The room cleanliness was lacking. There was no vacuuming, particularly frustrating since I brought my dog. I also noted that the towels were not changed until I specifically requested it. The layout of the room made charging devices difficult due to inadequate plug access.
